We offer a variety of wedding and special event planning services, ranging from day-of coordination to full-service planning. Depending on the package our couples select, we provide in-person/virtual meetings, manage vendor communications, timeline assistance, and handle the setup and tear-down on the event day. Our team is dedicated to ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience, so you can fully enjoy your special day.
Once you fill out the inquiry form, we will schedule a consultation to learn more about your event and discuss your planning needs, as well as provide detailed pricing information. After receiving the signed contract and retainer payment, we will arrange our first call to review the initial meeting packet, which delves deeper into the logistics of your wedding day. This packet includes key details to ensure a smooth planning process and to help us tailor our services to your vision.
Absolutely! We understand that every event is unique, which is why we offer flexible options to ensure you have as much control as you desire over your wedding day. Whether you prefer to be hands-on with certain aspects or would like us to manage the details, our team will tailor our services to fit your preferences. We work closely with you throughout the planning process to ensure your vision is brought to life while also providing expert guidance and support.
When you decide to book our wedding or event planning services, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to the event. However, if you'd prefer to pay off your balance earlier or would like to explore payment plan options, we are more than happy to accommodate your preferences. Our goal is to make the financial process as smooth and flexible as possible for you. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance with payment arrangements.
UM - YES!! the passport is ready and our bags are packed. while we are local to oklahoma city and north texas, we are available to travel anywhere. later this year we have a wedding in breckenridge, colorado, and are hoping to expand farther than that! there are a few bucket list locations we have as well so if you're getting married in one of those, we'd love to chat!
